- Double room, shared bathroom: Single occupancy - £30; Two people sharing - £45.
- Single room, shared bathroom: Single occupancy - £30.

Double Bedroom
A pleasant and nicely decorated double room with a standard double bed and plenty of room to store your belongings.
The perfect place to recharge in readiness for the next day for a single resident or a couple sharing.
Single Rooms
Our comfortable, cosy and welcoming single rooms are very popular with students.
A nice, comfortable single bed and with tea and coffee making facilities for a quick brew when relaxing or studying. Really great, value for money lodgings and a convenient base from which to study at the academy and enjoy your evenings out in and around the old port town of Newhaven.
Kitchen
A modern, fully equipped kitchen at your disposal to keep you well feed throughout the duration of your course.
Plenty of room to cook up or heat a meal or simple unpack a takeaway from the many local fast food outlets or restaurants.
Dining Area
A nicely decorated and welcoming dining area in which to relax and enjoy your meals.
It's so nice to have somewhere pleasant to sit and eat when you are away from home. Our residents have full use of all facilities, including out comfortable and welcoming dining area.
